Our Yoga interpretation at Fitness Impact 805 is a practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, as well as strength building, flexibility, muscular endurance and core stabilization.
Our goal is to improve self confidence, mobility, strength, and over all decrease stress. We have found that our clients perform best when allowed a well rounded fitness curriculum.
We encourage our clients to have a planned recovery day and yoga is the perfect compliment to the workout schedule we provide.

Fit for Life is a controlled small group training program, limited to a maximum of six participants, ensuring personalized attention and guidance from our certified personal trainers. We believe in providing a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can feel comfortable, motivated, and empowered to achieve their fitness goals.
Comprehensive Approach to Fitness
Our Fit for Life program focuses on four essential components of fitness: strength building, muscular and cardiovascular endurance, as well as balance and coordination. We recognize that these elements are vital for maintaining a healthy and independent lifestyle, especially as we age.

But we also take time to assess you as an individual and understand what healthy looks like for you. Let’s face it: We’re not all looking for a six-pack.
